They look grear Nissie This year I only made mince meat tarts (Easyway) but bought some Gourmet oookies Etc, They were just scooped up and devoured - I know "Lazy me" .

Merry Christmas Eve everyone

I made Panettone for Christmas breakfast (will post the recipe later today when I get back home) It's a recipe I changed quite a bit and it is definitely not traditional but the end result is so delicious! I am not a fan of candied citron so I only used raisins and currants (wish I found dried cherries - heard on another thread here that they are plump and sweet) bet they would have been great with the orange zest. Either way, this turned out so good! I improvised a panettone pan by using my rice cooker bowl to bake it in .
