The very best way to do a good steak, YUM Bea's Perfect Pan seared to oven steak - have done them this way now several times, mmm they are perfectly cooked to medium rare every time, this time i seared them on the grill pan, then into the oven to finish.

Pretty perfect if you ask me. That second pic says it all. That is gorgeous!! Nice char and grill marks, juicy, pink and perfectly cooked. Great job. My son would be drooling right now
