Those look great!! I've never eaten moose...don't think I've ever even seen one in the flesh

Sure looks good! I would love that! Yum. I told my nephews about your smoker hoping they would get one for all the venison and I think they are hooked. Showed them pics. Your pics! I think they are actually going to get one! That just makes me so excited! I want my own, but my nephews doing all the work and sharing the great food sounds just fine to me! They just about died when I showed them the moose pics! They were so excited...big hunters.
