Really love the light olive oil dressing, it dosen't overpower the wonderful flavours of the feta and fresh veggies
The sausage are Chicken/Apple sausage, very tasty, i browned them and wanted "dunker" egg with them but the egg yolk broke when i dropped it into the pan
kind of a funny looking meal, but it tasted great and the star was leftover Gerry's Greek salad, soooo good
