Last Of The BBQ Pork

I took the leftovers, the remainder of Mexican Cheese,
some spinach leaves and added it all to a tortilla,
and it made a really good quesadilla. :D

I sure love quesadillas. They are sooooo good to use up ingredients! They taste amazing with just about anything! Perfect little vehicles to use up stuff. Those sure look tasty! Love the spinach peeking out! Great job!
