My goodness! Your photos do my recipe proud.
Thanks for taking the time to snap those and I do hope you enjoyed the fish! It's one of my easier "don't feel much like cooking let's just get it over with" recipes, so I don't expect a lot, but that one I do like. Sometimes cooking feels like work- no, I have to take that back. Making entrees and hot sides for 400+ per day was work. And that's why I went into a different field. A field of flowers. And now that I "don't" work, on a working day I can often be found out standing in a field.
