I found some nice looking asparagus from Peru in the store...couldn't resist the springtime treat even though winter is just around the corner.

I made the frittata slightly different than Felix in that I used thyme instead of basil, I popped the frittata in a 325 degree oven for about 10 minutes to cook, and then I added the cheese (Italian Blend) and broiled until it was melted and bubbly.
And I used one more veggie than Felix - mushrooms. Asparagus & eggs is a perfect combo!
