Had a lovely omelet - Mushroom, onion. jalapeno and cheddar Mmmm The recipe was for baked but cutting it back to two eggs I did it stove top

Thanks Bea. The sliding glass door to the patio is just to the right of our dining area and the sun was actually out for a change so it was nice natural light.

Pass it over ... I had cottage cheese. That looks so much better than my breakfast. Great photos, wonderful light. Delicious!!
