Overnight Oats

#recipe40484

Overnight oats are a great way to prepare a healthy and delicious breakfast in advance. They are also a great idea to pack away for school snacks for the kiddos. I make a bunch of these at a time so I always have a quick breakfast or snack ready when I am in a hurry. You can add fresh berries or fruit to this but I prefer using frozen as the juices seep into everything as they thaw. I have listed the ingredients to one serving that fits into a 250 ml canning jar, but this can easily be adjusted to as many servings as you want.

Looks yummy.
I make overnight oats a lot. I do them in a big jar (quart) and just spoon out as needed, so they work well that way too. Keeps for days.
