When I want a fried egg this is how I want it - a film over the yolk but with a soft yolk.
Perfect instructions. I fry them on medium heat (#7 on electric stove). I served them with pepper stir fry.

Nicely done! I learned how to make basted eggs first (when I was very young) as that is how my Dad liked them.
When I was working a brunch line years ago, I had to master making eggs look this soft and supple on the flat iron, cooking up to 3 dozen at a time as I mastered it.
I've cooked more eggs in my life than anything else (with those numbers, obviously I would).
I like that yours have soft edges and appear to have properly cooked egg white. And those eggs are fresh enough to, as the albumin hasn't spread excessively.
Now all I need is some bacon, hash browns and buttered sourdough (my fav breakfast).

As you know from previous posts, I
do not like eggs. But I do believe that these photos
just might have changed my mind. ;)
