Bea's Whitefis Fillets & Lite Corn Cob

Post by Bergy » Wed Aug 30, 2017 10:37 am

Bea's coating for the fish keeps it really moist & delicious. I used a lovely cod fillet The corn on the cob is not that much lighter but every bit counts. I like this as much as dipped in butter and I use lite Hellmans

Love these photos Bergy. Great color and especially the first one is my favorite. I can imagine sliding a fork into the fish and perhaps dipping in a nice lemon sauce. YUM!!!
