I had leftover Mexi Rouladens from the night before and didn't feel like them again so I chopped them up and made tacos - Dinner enjoyed !!!! Once again I used Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream - it really is a delicious substitute.

Thanks Lee & Tisme It was a really nice slightly different meal from the original . Shapes would be proud of me!
No Lee just ordinary corn but really toasted well.

Thanks Bea. Even when a meal is Mmmm I do like to change it if there are leftovers (with some exceptions)
