I have made these before using potato flour but this time I made them with half the amount called for gluten free all purpose flour and they were delish!

DD is not big on heat so made this for us this evening, we devoured it!!!
If you love jerk seasoning but not too crazy about spicy, then this is for you. This is packed with great Caribbean flavors!! Carefully remove and discard the center bones from the cooked fish and any other bones you can see before digging in.
I'm not too happy with the angle of that photo but we were starved so it is what it is, lol.

Beautiful Photos - I have made the fry photo the default. I like how you have the fish slightly curled around the fries.
