We had this with the curly fries last night. It is a great salmon recipe my family really enjoys. It is quick and easy to put together and is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. I use Chef shapeweaver's #recipe10575 but store bought can be used.

Nice photographs Bea! #1 for the lighting and composition is the best of the two.

Thx Silvie, yes it is so expensive to buy, but I am very fortunate because my husband loves to fish and so do a lot of our friends so most of the time I don't have to buy it

When I do buy it, I buy the frozen stuff at Costco, it's good but of course not as good as fresh salmon.
