Lovely Fall dinner. I like this simple Mac & Cheese recipe. It freezes well. The raisin sauce is so simple but does the trick. I did get carried away with the raisins. Iaddedsome Thai chili sauce to the Mac. The wee carrots were wonderful (local) just little baby ones.
