Ohh... wowsers Teresa, such a lovely photo.
Another one I will have to save. This picture has me wanting to run out to the veggie patch to see if there are any end of summer peppers left ... but it cold and raining!
Although looking at the photo again....I might even venture out in the cold and rain anyways!

That looks like one awesome baguette sandwich Bea.
Such a beautiful photo.
Did you use the leftover chicken from that beautiful roast chicken you made?
I might save this recipe for using when DH has a bought roast chicken and has leftovers.
Yes I did use the leftovers from that chicken. We enjoyed it twice now

Ohh... Teresa, that sauce does look so rich and full of flavor... it looks so perfect, just how an Italian homemade sauce should look!

There's nothing like a plate of pasta and sauce to feel like it's something from home. Looks so yummy!

The weather here in New England has been uncommonly cold. Today, the highest is 51 degrees F cloudy and we are expecting rain and tomorrow it will be 49 F cloudy and rain, the rest of the week is expected to be pretty much the same. Just last week, it was hot and humid and we turned on the AC and as of late, I want to put on the heat. While driving yesterday, my heater was on full blast and one of my friends was wearing a winter coat (a very good idea, if you ask me).
