and of course they apply. That same dish would be cooked on a B.B.Q. here and would adorn many, many tables on Christmas Day here in Australia.
I was laughing at you saying about the attic being so hot and thought..... It can be 40 °C here (104°F) before and on Christmas Day here there would be no getting in the roof for me either, but then again I have memories of a few Christmas Days, where we have had a heater on....lol
Nothing worse than having a traditional Christmas dinner on a 40 °C day, as I have gotten older and the kids go elsewhere for lunch we just have B.B.Q and salads Christmas night.
I might consider starting a traditional Christmas in July for the family, when I retire completely in a few years and have the time........ but by then the nursing might not let me use the kitchen!

I love Zucchini, but DH hates it, I plant it every year and every year... and every year I have to remind him to water it, as he doesn't water it deliberately because in his words... "I plant to many and then I end up sneaking into everything"..... to be fair I do!

Tisme...this is the only dish beside my #recipe21344 that he will eat...other than zucchini bread...but l feel for you with the garden growing situation...I love fresh green beans and peas...he hates them...

Teresa, Many years ago I made a similar recipe and DH ate all the meat and tomato middle and left the zucchini shell! Never made it again
But I must admit I do love your #recipe21344, I forgot to make it this year when I had zucchini (not that I had a lot for some reason!!!!), so I must not forget this year!
