Christmas Dinner - Roast Pork with Crackling

Bergy- We had similar Christmas dinners! I fixed a fresh ham- leg of pork- with roasted potatoes and red cabbage. My red cabbage is very similar to the recipe you've posted- only no red current jelly. Vinegar, brown sugar and apples with the cabbage and cooked for a long time. Yum! The cabbage even converted a cabbage hater to a cabbage lover! Grandpa is Danish so my roots must have been showing when I planned the menu! LOL!
