Smoked salmon and feta pizza, yummo! I like to try crazy combos too, pretty much anything you can think up. You never know. Kim, I love leaving the rim of crust with oil too, have to try a flavored one next time, that one's a new idea for me too.

I have had a garlic escargot before and enjoyed, never thought to put on pizza though have put mussel and clam meat on them so why not escargot sounds fine to me.

I think it was the way I was raised my dad butchered his own meat and every part of the beast would be used so I was used to offal and when we went fishing we would often as not source our own bait most of which was also fit for human consumption and well if we didn't use it for bait we more than often not ate it which included a small snail like critter which we would suck up out of the sand and you would use a needle to get it out of the shell, if we were going to eat them dad would either steam or boil them up so sort of like snails.

Well of course I am a "Depression Era" Baby - There was no waste, almost everything that may be be called leftovers went into th soup pot that was always simmering on the back of the stove. we often had some strange but wonderful soup meals

Oh, I'll take some escargot pizza! I have used the sauce from spaghetti and clam sauce on pizza and it was super good. OK, you guys got me at offal though. May be one of the only things I don't like to eat.

Used to love tripe if dad cooked it but couldn't stand it when mum cooked it as hers was like trying to chew leather were dad's just melted in your mouth and always thought his curry tripe was the best.
