Bucatini pasta, fresh tomatoes sauteed with, cubanelles (red), garlic, onion, oregano, s/p, good olive oil, and finished with fresh basil. Simmered 45 minutes. Toss with that good hollow pasta, garnished with parm. I did use the green can, but NOT Kraft, the Publix real romano parm in the dairy section. It was all I had, and doesn't work bad for a quick garnish.
A small romaine salad with balsamic, nothing worth taking a pic of. I wasn't that hungry, but it tasted good, and I have some for lunch or another dinner; and it finished up most up todays crop of maters.
