Greek Pasta:
Cork screw pasta with sun dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, olives, onion, garlic, havarti cheese with dill and feta. So easy to put together, I didn't even make a bechemel, just through everything in dish with the pasta, tossed; and finished with panko crumbs mixed with a little melted butter.
Greek Pork Chops:
My own Greek marinade with lemon, olive oil, seasoning, garlic, onion, and a little red wine vinegar.
