As always your photos have me check out the recipe, had me remember just how many back in the day cooked the potatoes with peels on or baked them in them in the ovan when making potato salad. Me, living in the country most weekends the gathering of family and friends had me find cooking them peeled much quicker. Will have to give that a go next time I make my salad.
