Review - Made this as a surprise for dinner tonight because Siggi is off work for 4 dys & has been looking forward to his "mini-vacation". Since your recipe has been reviewed twice & has 6 photos, I decided to "make it my own" in several ways I hope you'll forgive. I used Icelandic baby shrimp vs lrg shrimp & expanded the recipe by adding broccoli, snow peas & mushrooms. This was so good & so easy-to-fix. IMO it's company-worthy too. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us. It will definitely be shared w/family & friends.
The 6 photos posted show the recipe as written, but mine are a clear departure. I'm not even sure I should post a pic, but if I do ... Which should it be?

I love number one, since it really showcases the noodles. I don't think at all that it is too much of a departure to post a photo. Looks really good!

I applaud the photos and what you added to the recipe. I, too, do not think that it is too far a departure from the recipe. Great looking tasty dinner that is, indeed company worthy.

Those are all beautiful photos!!! I'm so glad you enjoyed this, hubby loves this too. I really like the changes
