Tuna Patties (Cakes)

I make these every so often for a quick meal. I served these with Japanese Pickle and salad, & served with a gherkin mayonaisse. This time around I also used a seeded bread and herbs, which made for a nice change to the ususal way I serve these.

You've done it again - Lovely photos especially #2 . I just had to look at the recipe look at the recipe

I've never made tuna cakes only salmon they looks delicious!

OHH Thanks Bergy Actually this is a very similar recipe to your recipe Bergy.
I am going to try your recipe & all mix together and baked in the oven soon, to see how it goes! :D
