This is, my favourite way to serve beets. Simple but you can really enjoy the flavour of the beets

Your photos have me almost tasting them Bergy! Both dh and I loved buttered beets especially fresh from our summer garden. And pickled beets made with my great aunt's recipe. Now I need buttered beets, have to hope I find some on our market shelf!
