Chicken Thighs with Garlic Sauce

Just made this one up tonight, and it's really tasty. The soy sauce plays nicely with the butter giving it more depth of flavour than the usual butter and white wine sauce I do for chicken. Served with sides of green beans and cauliflower, broccoli and carrots in cheese sauce (both frozen).
