Just love that second photo! :D
Not a prawn fan here myself, but DH loves them.
I suppose I could use fresh uncooked prawns?
It looks so easy I could make it for him anytime, I just have to dig to the back of the cupboard and dust off the ole rice cooker first! :lol:

Thx Tis, I'm not sure if fresh prawns would work because the frozen prawns release some liquid which I took into consideration. That "extra liquid" is needed to cook of the rice, maybe add another 1/4 cup broth if using fresh. :D
