This was a real treat. I used a 6" Naan lightly heated in the oven. Made an almost quacamole with the avocado and fried the eggs so the centers were still a bit runny. This really tickled my taste buds. Looks attractive and tastes wonderful. Will be on the Sunday Brunch menu again.

OMG, Now, I will take anyone of those. I would love to dig in to that. That is really my type of breakfast. I may need to add a little hot sauce, lol.
