Herb Eggs in Baguette
KC This started out to be your recipe #11344 but I was making one serving so I decided it would be easier to make it stove top - I warmed a 5" piece of baguette, plucked out most of the bread, placed the ham slice inside and added the scrambled eggs. I followed your recipe for the eggs and they were delicious. Because I made these changes for cooking the recipe I have not added a review nor any photos to your recipe. It sure was a wonderful Sunday Brunch! Tell me if you want me to add a review to show how this can be adapted to stove top

How did I miss this yesterday. B, I would love your review. I think all recipes are great when they can be adapted to fit the cook; or another method.
Your pic is gorgeous! And, what a fantastic looking brunch; as always. I really need to start making brunch on the weekend. It's agony coming here to see your posts and pics after I had a scoop of cottage cheese, lol.
