Quick Breakfast Pizza
Post
by Red Apple Guy » Mon Jul 04, 2016 10:22 am
No real recipe here. My Grandson wouldn't eat a normal breakfast so I disguised one as a pizza. I made the dough, but any pizza dough or flatbread would do. Pre-cooked naan would do very well. These crusts were 105 g each, and a naan typically is larger, about 126 g. Added mozzarella, Monterey Jack, a partially scrambled egg or two and 2 oz of italian sausage per round.

Great looking & great way to fool him. You wouldn't need to fool me to eat that breakfast
