Burger Night

Post by Kchurchill5 » Mon Jun 13, 2016 8:04 am

No real recipe for this one. I added some Lipton Onion Soup dry mix with beef, beer, ground mushrooms, worcestershire, and mustard; and, made sliders.
On Kings Hawaiian rolls; w/mayo, beer mustard, lettuce and swiss. Simple, but delicious.

Sort of like 2-3 bite wonders. Great for parties too. I basically just make meatballs; and flatten them in a pan. And any rolls work; but, I love the sweet Kings Hawaiian rolls.

But, thx all. It is easy and out of 3/4 lb I got I think 8 or 9 burgers; so, economical too.
Besides, KIDS love them.
Thanks again.

Thx DanD, not the best pic; but good eats!!!. FYI, homemade pickles too. I don't make the bread and butters too often; but, they are fun to make. I love my little crinkle cutter, it is something fun to test.
