Gorgeous photos. Flan is the one dessert I NEVER say no to and your Mom's looks perfect. When I visited Spain I had flan every day!

I'm not a dessert flan; but, flan is definitely one I do really enjoy. Those are some amazing photos. Beautiful; and, I can just imagine how good that tastes.
