but If new to bread making, or if wanting other breads than sourdoughs, there are other books I would recommend first.
MaDonna, I'm an amateur that first started learning in 2009 with guidance from donna m and duonyte, and several recipes from Galley Wench, all members of Recipezaar at the time. This board (Recipezazz) is a good place to learn about bread.

Thanks RED we are not new to bread making, we have been making breads since the mid `70's, will check out that source for the book.
