My goodness Ham Pate! When I was a kid (a century ago) Mom would buy Ham pate in very small tins. It was really inexpensive and I loved it in my school lunch - always on Danish Rye bread.

Thx Bergy. I have never seen can ham pate only in a plastic coil twisted at both ends.

Oh gosh! Thanks for reminding me of this recipe. For some reason I stopped making it and hadn't thought of it in years. I have some leftover ham and will make this for lunch along with a bowl of potato leek soup. Yum!
