Chipotle Chicken and Bea's Calabaza de Bellota

Great Sunday dinner. The squash recipe is "fantastico" and the Chipotle hicken has a lovely kick to it. I marinated it overnight. I don't BBQ so baked it in a 365f oven for 40 minutes Mmmm

I think the second photo of the squash and the last of the
chicken really sells both of those recipes.
