I sauteed mushrooms, onions, and peppers with chili sauce and topped part of the leftover steak. The salmon from the night before, I slathered with stone ground mustard; and the beans, added red pepper and garlic oil.
A few changes to make a nice dinner.
And, for Round III, I completely forgot to take a pic. But, I had just enough steak with the veggie topping for a quick side to a scrambled egg for breakfast.
