I hid its little face for the squeamish. But I whacked the head right off with a knife when I went to serve it up so no matter. But yeah, you grill it with the head on. It gets wrapped in foil anyway while it's grilling.

Thx HF, I do head up to Brandon now and then; I will be sure to check it out. Yes, that is closer for me. I would love to see that. My Asian market here is the size of 711. Although they have a lot ...

It tastes similar to me like flounder but a bit firmer and sweeter. It is delicious. One thing my friend just mentioned to me ... it is being farmed for commercial sales which I didn't know. But, still that isn't available in our area.
