How long does it take to cook an unstuffed chicken at 350? The chicken is 7 pounds

I've never cooked one that size that's a large chicken but about 2 1/2 hours sounds right to me

Invest in an instant read thermometer and roast it until it is 160F in the thick part near the thigh.
You can buy one for under $10.
