Sue it is a great concept! I like it. But it does take up lots of room and the tinfoil thing is a great tip! Glad you posted this because I hadn't thought of tinfoil. Great idea!

I just usually drop the kebabs on the grill and handle them with tongs. I thought it might be good for grilling tons of kebabs, but Kim is right. And so is Alton Brown, who wants everything he has to multitask. I don't see the shield multitasking.
But foil does.

OK now, this is false! Not all Native American Tribes eat dog. Sioux for sure and I am sure many others, but Chippewa which is what I am (Ojibwe) definitely DO NOT eat dog nor have we ever! ;)
See a native American answered and now we know that the Ojibwe do not eat dog and others do. ;)
