Any of these tomato soups creamy? I like my soup made with milk/cream.

Thanks Denise! I love that it specifies 18 leaves of basil instead of like 1/2 cup of minced basil leaves!

About 80%-90% of spelt flour is grown in Michigan and is usually used by people who have some allergy issues with wheat flour. I really can't tell much difference between the two in terms of cooking and flavor. It is a different genus and species from wheat.
It's also pretty readily available at supermarkets in the upper midwest.

My mother-in-law is fond of adding some soft tofu to soups before blending. It gives it a creamy texture, bumps up the protein, and the flavor blends with whatever it is combined with.
