The famous Icebox Cake.
Whipped Cream and Nabisco (or any other brand) chocolate wafer cookies.
1 package chocolate wafer cookies, 1 qt heavy whipping cream made into whipped cream (I add vanilla and a little sugar to mine). You could also add amaretto or mint extract too.
Top a cookie with whipped cream, then another. Do 8-9 cookies. Then lay the row down on a pan lined with parchment paper or foil. Do another row, and lay it next to the first one. Do 4-5 rows.
Cover the entire thing with whipped cream, and refrigerate at least all day, or over night.
Top with chocolate curls, crushed up candy cane pieces, crushed walnuts, etc.
Easy, quick, and delicious.
