Here home bound ‘Self Isolation Day 39’ 39 days no going out nor anyone in, unreal but on the plus side I have done medical via, 2 grocery deliveries to steps, income tax papers re email box/paper work pick up no contact as well as a land sale via remote is on ... trying not to allow stress and yes to the outdoor cooking. Have to love my family members that are essentials and out there that will see to all my tanks being filled and extras and yes just me but I will be doing the outdoor cooking for sure. The first will be our #recipe2997 and when we once again gather will be your #recipe22422. Take care everyone and stay safe. Bring on those recipes!

I have much sympathy for the people who will get arrested for going out of their homes or whatever. I for one have tried to search several of the online sites for common items and keep seeing "out of stock". In person I am able to get them. Hang in there, everyone.

Now that the nice weather is here, we hope to be doing more outdoor cooking

I have a pork butt in the freezer that is going to be smoked and turned into pulled pork if this damned rain ever stops.

We're have a beautiful day today...the next few days it's going to be raining...but for today...I have #recipe29592 in the frig marinating for this evenings meal with some grilled potatoes...and a side salad...I cleaned the grill a few weeks ago and have made steaks on it already...we are planning to spend a lot of time in our back yard...so grilling is definitely in the cards...
