Your best tuna macaroni salad please
Anyway - I know it had mayo, miracle whip (I think), celery, onion, tuna - not sure what else to give it a nice flavor. Anyone have a great tried & true version that I can make instead? It doesn't have to be the same recipe, but in the ballpark.

Once I perfect the measurements so it can be repeated by others, I might share my version. Basically I went with a small amount of both Miracle Whip, Mayo, 2 cans of tuna, some relish (using Wickles Pickles relish which I love!!), some pepper, a little celery, red onion (both finely minced) and 2 cups of uncooked macaroni, which I cooked in salted water, drained, rinsed well, and then added to the dressing still warm. I was thinking some grated carrot might have been a nice color boost - next time I will try that.
That does sound absolutely yummy !! I haven't had it in a while, but after reading this I am thinking I am going to make some soon. Except just a small portion, since I am alone. I agree the grated carrot would of really made it look nice and colorful. Get it perfected so you can post it here for the rest of us.
