Hi Candida, welcome to Billboard tag!

In this game, you select recipes you want to make that are listed on the Billboard on page1. You don't have to have recipes posted to play, but when you post that you have completed your tags you will earn 'credits' to post your own recipes up on the Billboard. Any credits earned will be saved on page1 until you decide to use them.
