I was just suggesting changing the word to British on the front page to save any possible confusion if someone were to use the Cuisine tab to search for something to tag. And if they are adding a new recipe, there isn't an 'English' box to checkmark. I'm not saying that only those recipes that are checkmarked into those categories qualify...I know a lot won't be. Leaving it up to players judgement is the all over rule. It's fine either way though. ;)

I prefer going with the player's judgement so it won't exclude valid recipes. So many people don't even categorize their recipes.
If someone thinks a recipe fits, it should probably be ok. Or if a recipe has a category that not everyone agrees with on it, the category should be ok if Zazz approved it.
The boursin thing- I think if Zazz approved the category, it should be ok, since it's their house and their categories.
If someone were to try and pass off a roast beef as vegan, that might be another thing, since English people are not offended by boursin, but vegans are offended by roast beef, so maybe the deciding factor should be ethics or health, and if a recipe offends a category, then it shouldn't fly.
Hypothetical examples of offending recipes (not real ones):
Vegan roast beef
Diabetic deep fried twinkies
Low Fat butter
Gluten Free wheat bread
etc.

Once it is posted that the bus has left (sometime tomorrow), sign-ups for the London tour will be officially closed.

Reviews or T&T tags should be posted by June the 7th, so you will have plenty of time to finish making those recipes.
