Well, that ham I served it with Fava Bean Purée, mashed potatoes and sautéed cabbage with a chiffonade of basil. All from a Martha Stewart cookbook called "Menus and Entertaining".
And for dessert a lemon cake with whipped cream and blackberry sauce.

Love a good quiche and yours sounds like a classic only wish I could get the DH to think along the same lines.

YES!! Why did I not ask, I goggled and goggled and ended up going through over a thousand of my reviews to find it! Having gone though a nightmare of renovations times I need to do a search. Now off to get the Recipzazz copy! Thank you Mike!
