Hi wonderful hosts - can I shamelessly advertise my Piccalilly saga in the Brit forum?
I found a modern recipe and want to compare it with a war time recipe of my Nanna's which has hardly any sugar in it but boy did it pack a punch, to die for on cold meats at Christmas

I took lots of picture, DH thought they were all totally boring looking and why would anyone want all these step by step pics and deleted them

I have only 4 left bless his little cotton socks
