Delicious.  I cut recipe in half and ate one and froze the others for toaster waffles later.  Served with maple syrup.  Never used club soda in waffles and I am assuming it helps the stay light and crispy?

Just as a fyi since it appears to be overlooked but these were completed on the 5th and were applied to me in the tags section but not the team in the scoring section. So there's no confusion about whether the team still owes any recipes.

This brings me all up to date. FYI - I noticed on page 1 that some of the required (can't remember if it was a detour, roadblock, and/or checkpoint tag(s) ) recipes that I reported complete on day 1 of this leg weren't marked as complete. Thanks!
