I made and review Amolesili Lobio (Stewed Red Beans and Walnuts) from Saveur.com
It was delicious and super affordable.
Left a review mentioning Zazz and the game.

It was really good! I love the walnuts. I didn't blend them, I used a mortar instead. I like it chunky. And also I used spicy smoked paprika. The cooked coriander seeds gives it a lemony burst. I will definitely make it again. ( In the winter)

Sounds amazing. I saved it to try on a cold rainy day.

I was sick in bed for most of the weekend so hubby made this for us using leftover rotisserie chicken and thickened it with sweet white rice flour to make it gluten-free and it came together nicely. Nice belly-warming soup. Although I couldn't taste anything, hubby said it was fantastic.
Now he is in bed sick so it's my turn to make him some soup, lol.
