I wish I had a stand up freezer, it's on my list of things to buy. We have two refrigerators and the freezer section is always packed. One fridge has a top freezer section and the second fridge, the freezer section is a slide-out drawer. The hubs complains about the freezer being packed and for some reason, he is the only one where something flies out of the freezer and lands on his foot. It's crazy how it always happens to him. Maybe because he complains. Hahahaha.
I feel his pain... B-( I don't think the hubby ever has opened the stand up freezer...the pheasant meat is on the top shelf...and it's packed and it seems a package always slips out onto my feet...I now try to remember to stand back while opening the door...and pheasant season is just 6 months away...time to eat more pheasant...:)

Teresa's tagging #recipe8755 bell peppers were on sale for 88 cents ea. I picked up a yellow and orange...

I'm using 1/2 of the recipe to work with a tag at Billboard by Mikekey...#recipe42482 and the leftover can of diced tomato's from that tag is going to be used in his (Mikekey's) #recipe11775...that I have already tagged here at COAD...it's me trying to cook on a nickle...

The only tag for this post is the first one... ;;)

QueenBea completed Mary's #recipe5908

I made this using garlic powder, dried oregano, and thyme. I set the spatchcocked chicken on top of new baby potatoes and cooked for 1 hour and 20 minutes for a perfectly cooked chicken and tender potatoes. It turned out so delicious, I will be making this again for sure.

I had an infra-red char broil grill and I loved it. It was like deep frying but without the oil. Fingers crossed your days are not numbered, you got lots of cooking left to do, lol.
